Hanoch Rahamin has been training at the highest levels of wrestling for the past 15+ years. Hanoch started his wrestling career in 2003, having competed at the highest levels of competition and representing the Israel National Freestyle Wrestling team for over 10 years straight. He started coaching athletes in 2014 - everything from wrestlers, BJJ competitors, MMA fighters, security professionals, Krav Maga instructors and people who wanted to lose weight and get fit.

 Hanoch has trained numerous times with the best national teams around the world, having been a member of world class camps in Russia, Dagestan, USA, Georgia, Azerbaijan and more. He is still currently active in competitive wrestling, competing in the 74kg Freestyle wrestling category.Hanoch has experience in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman competitions

Hanoch has full diplomas as a wrestling coach, functional training coach, fitness trainer and childrens trainer. He currently has a class in Tel Aviv, as well as coaches the wrestling in the Bat yam wrestling club where 5 of the club members are on the Israeli national team
